The content in this page is about pastry, you will find some information of my business and my recipes.
Since my grandmother was my inspiration in the pastry, I have been learning and trying every recipe I found. So I decided to create a page full of all the information I have.
I worked with some relevance chefs here in Guatemala and I have a lot of experience about gourmet desserts. So I hope you loved my work and use the information to share with everyone.
Fiat Lux
After finish my internship in hotels, I started working in my own business. So I created Fiat Lux, Fiat Lux comes from the Latin and means "Let There Be Light" and the phrase is translated as "Let your light shine".
My name “Lucia” comes from Lux too, so that is my proposal for this business. I want my desserts to be a little moment of light for families and persons.
